Boston Boxing Promotions has announced that Lowell’s 𝐉𝐀𝐘𝐒𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐍, a former semi-finalist in the New England Golden Gloves, will be making his professional debut in a 4 round super middleweight fight as part of the 7th Annual Thanksgiving Eve Boxing Spectacular on Wednesday November 27th at the Doubletree in Andover, MA as he takes on Skowhegan, Maine’s 𝐙𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐍 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐄𝐑𝐀.

Colon, training under the guidance of Sean Farley at the Haverhill Inner-City Boxing Club, is turning pro after an amateur career that began in 2017. He last fought as a competitive amateur in 2022.

Herrera is a battle tested veteran who fought as recently as this past weekend earning a unanimous decision over fan favorite Robert Bricks in a back-and-forth barn burner that had the crowd rising to its feet in approval of the action before them.
