FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Andover, MA (September 23, 2024) – Boston Boxing Promotions has announced its return to the Merrimack Valley for the 7th annual Thanksgiving Eve Boxing Spectacular to be held at the DoubleTree in Andover, Massachusetts on Wednesday November 27, 2024. Tickets are available at www.BostonBoxingPromotions.com.

“The Thanksgiving Eve show is always a hallmark event on our calendar each and every year and we’re thrilled to be returning to the Merrimack Valley where we’ve held so many great fights. We’ll begin announcing the card for this event this week and we’re so happy that this enduring tradition continues at a beautiful venue like the DoubleTree in Andover,” said Boston Boxing Promotions President Peter Czymbor.

The night before Thanksgiving card has become a rite of passage for many noteworthy local boxers and fight fans in the better part of the past decade. Connecticut’s Cassius Chaney (Current record 23-2, 16 KO’s) won the WBC United States Heavyweight Championship on Thanksgiving Eve in 2019, Lowell’s Nick Molina (Current Record 15-1, 6 KO’s) earned the New England Super Lightweight title in a neighborhood war against Chelmsford’s Brandon Higgins (Current record 12-4, 6 KO’s) on this event in 2022, and last year Haverhill’s Nicky Tejada and Tyngsboro’s Nate Balakin had a 6 round slugfest that was named 2023 Boston Boxing Promotions “Fight of the Year”.

Fans are encouraged to get their tickets early as this event tends to sell out in advance.
