FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Billerica, MA (May 26, 2026) – Boston Boxing Promotions has announced the main event for its next event, “Billerica Brawl,” scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2026, at the Elks Lodge in Billerica. Haverhill’s Nicky Tejada (13-0-1, 9 KO’s) will meet Lowell’s Nick Molina (17-2, 6 KO’s) in the 10-round super lightweight headliner that evening.

The fight pits two of the Merrimack Valley’s most popular and accomplished professional competitors against each other in a matchup guaranteed to provide an unforgettable atmosphere to fans lucky enough to obtain tickets. As of press time, all ringside tickets for the event were already sold out.

“This fight is the hottest ticket in town,” said Boston Boxing Promotions president Peter Czymbor. “When you get two motivated, disciplined, and hungry athletes like this who actually want to compete against each other, it is a dream come true for the fans.”

Nicky “The Natural” Tejada has been perfect in the ring since his professional debut in June 2022, with only one draw on his record. That draw came at the hands of Molina’s training partner Nate Balakin (6-4-1, 3 KO’s) – a fight that Tejada would later avenge with a third-round TKO of Balakin in the rematch.

Last year, Tejada captured the WBC US Silver Super Lightweight Championship with a split decision win over previous titleholder Wilson Mascarenhas (11-2, 5 KO’s) at Mohegan Sun.

Nick “St. Nick” Molina made his professional debut in the Boston Boxing Promotions ring in November 2020. He would go on an impressive 13-0 run to start his pro career including a unanimous decision victory over Brandon Higgins (12-4, 6 KO’s) that earned Molina the New England Super Lightweight Title.

Molina suffered his first loss to former world champion Jamel Herring (24-5, 12 KO’s) on a fight card at Manhattan’s Edison Ballroom in November 2023. Molina is coming off a unanimous decision win over veteran Eduardo Reis (25-16, 19 KO’s) last November in Haverhill.
