Ukrainian heavyweight prospect Andrii Novytskyi (4-0, 3 KO’s) will return to the ring on September 2 at Merrill Auditorium in Portland, Maine to face his toughest test to date in the form of Mexico’s Diego Dominguez Gutierrez (13-4, 6 KO’s). The heavyweight bout is scheduled for six rounds.

Novytskyi, now training and living in Los Angles, California, has been wildly popular with Boston Boxing Promotions fans in his two most recent appearances in Windham, New Hampshire with knockouts in both bouts. This will be Novytskyi’s first fight in the state of Maine.

“NEF 54: A Fight at the Opera” takes place on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at Merrill Auditorium in Portland, Maine. A professional boxing card will be presented first by Boston Boxing Promotions immediately followed by an MMA card by New England Fights. Doors are scheduled to open at 4 pm with first fight taking place at 5 pm. Tickets to “NEF 54” are available now at www.PortTix.com
