East Coast vs. West Coast Battle on Tap for Thanksgiving Eve

Windham, NH (September 29, 2022) – Boston Boxing Promotions has announced that Salem, Massachusetts’ Kenny Larson (5-0, 5 KO’s) will put his undefeated streak and 100% knockout rate on the line as he takes on California’s Jessie Nares (2-1, 1 KO) in a four-round welterweight fight as part of the Thanksgiving Eve Boxing Spectacular on Wednesday, November 23,2022, at the Castleton Banquet and Conference Center in Windham, New Hampshire. Larson is coming off his most spectacular performance to date when he shockingly dominated and scored three knockdowns against Maine’s Ryan Clark (2-2, 1 KO) en route to a four-round TKO in Melrose this past summer. The power-punching Larson has only allowed one of his five opponents to get out of the opening round in his young career.

“I’m still Kenny Larson and I’ll fight Jessie Nares the only way I know how. I’ll work hard and prepare and on Thanksgiving Eve the fans will get one hell of a show as they always do,” said Larson.

Jessie Nares is a product of the Southern California boxing scene. His fight with Larson will not only mark his debut on a Boston Boxing Promotions card, but his United States debut as well. His first three pro fights all took place in Mexico.

“To fight a tough, undefeated fighter with a big following in his backyard doesn’t concern me at all. It’s actually motivation for me to be my best,” said Nares. “I know he’s been knocking everyone out in the early rounds, but I think he should prepare for someone who’s gonna bring the fight to him for a change.”
