Italian Prospect to Compete at Billerica Boxing Event

Undefeated welterweight prospect Yoel Angeloni (7-0, 4 KO’s) will be in-action on Friday, July 24^th at “Billerica Brawl” in Billerica, Massachusetts as he takes on Rodrigo Lopes Rodrigues in an 8-round fight.

This will mark Angeloni’s first scheduled 8-round fight. Angeloni, just 23 years old, is a former youth amateur world champion from Italy.

Rodrigues is a battle-tested veteran probably best known to Boston Boxing Promotions fans for his spirited 8-round wars with Josniel Castto and Jason Quirk from 2023-2024.

This fight will take place in addition to the previously announced 10-round WBA NABA Gold Super Lightweight title fight between Haverhill’s Nicky Tejada (13-0-1, 9 KO’s) and Lowell’s Nick Molina (17-2, 6 KO’s), the 4-round heavyweight fight between New York’s Miguel Toribio-Matias and Gabe Costa, and the 4-round super middleweight bout between Plainville’s Alex Nineve (4-0, 4 KO’s) and Azemir Periera Campas Junior.
