Molina and Robles to Meet at Thanksgiving Eve Boxing Spectacular

Windham, NH [September 29, 2021] – Boston Boxing Promotions has announced that Lowell, Massachusetts’ Nick Molina (6-0, 2 KO’s) will step up on Thanksgiving Eve November 24th at the Castleton Banquet and Conference Center in Windham, New Hampshire to take on Oxnard, California’s Daniel “Tha Dawg” Robles (7-1-1, 5 KO’s) in an anticipated match-up between two athletes who have made Windham, New Hampshire their home base for their respective professional fights.

Molina, a natural lightweight, and Robles, who has fought as low as featherweight, will meet at a catchweight of 132 pounds.
Molina has been one of the most active fighters in the country in his rookie year of pro boxing. A former 2020 New England Golden Gloves finalist, Molina entered the pro ranks with meteoric velocity. This bout will take place a day shy of the one-year anniversary of his pro debut and be his seventh pro bout in just under a year.

“I’m excited to cap off the year with my toughest opponent yet,” said Molina. “It’s going to be a great show for all in attendance.”

Robles, who despite hailing from California is quite familiar to New England fight fans as six of his nine pro bouts have taken place in New Hampshire, is a power puncher who trains with Coach Joseph “Hoss” Janik at Knuckleheadz Gym in Ventura, CA. Janik has previously worked with former WBC Welterweight Champion Victor Ortiz and WBA Super Featherweight Champion Andrew Cancio. In 2020, Robles scored a highlight-reel first-round knockout over New York’s Antonio Lucaine in just thirteen seconds in Windham that quickly went viral. The knockout was named Boston Boxing Promotions “Knockout of the Year” and stands alone in the record books as the quickest KO in New Hampshire boxing history.

“The energy of the crowds at the Castleton is electric. I can’t imagine how it’s gonna be for a high stakes main event between two prospects the night before Thanksgiving. Whoever wins will be in position to land a major opportunity next year and you can bet it’s gonna be me,” said Robles.
