Simonian pro debut set for Fall River
Pro debut Tigran Simonian, An Armenian-Ukrainian transplant now living in Los Angeles, will be taking on New York’s Jay Gregory in a 4-round super welterweight fight on Friday, February 13th at Bernardo’s Event Center at 403 Anawan Street in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Simonian, trained by former Boston Boxing Promotions “Trainer of the Year” Anatoliy Dudchenko, fought across eastern Europe as an amateur and now brings his talents to New England to go pro.
Gregory is a hard nosed veteran known as a fan-favorite amongst Boston Boxing Promotions followers. He dropped a decision in a competitive and entertaining fight to Danylo Todoschenko on Thanksgiving Eve in his most recent appearance.
