Super Featherweight Bout Added to Melrose Fight Card
Boston Boxing Promotions has announced that New York’s Koby Khalil Williams (4-1, 3 KO’s) will take on battle tested Mexican Angel Varela Urena (11-6, 7 KO’s) in a 6-round super featherweight fight on Friday, May 23rd at Melrose Memorial Hall in Melrose, Massachusetts.
Williams is a slick and skilled southpaw from the boxing hotbed of Brooklyn. Urena is best known to American fight fans for his 2024 ESPN bout against undefeated prospect Emiliano Vargas, son of former world champion “Ferocious” Fernando Vargas.
