Boston Boxing Promotions has announced an intriguing fight between two of New England’s most valiant warriors as Maine’s 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍 𝐊𝐈𝐑𝐊𝐖𝐎𝐎𝐃 (5-1, 5 KO’s) will take on Brockton, Massachusetts’ 𝐁𝐑𝐘𝐀𝐍 𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐀𝐘 (3-1-1) in a 6-round middleweight fight as part of “Summer Brawl” on Friday August 29th at Melrose Memorial Hall in Melrose, Massachusetts. Both men have been in show stealing all-action wars on the last two Boston Boxing Promotions events respectively. Kirkwood defeated Kyle Cusick (6-4, 2 KO’s) via 4th round TKO in March in Fall River. Urday fought to a draw with Rhode Island’s Alfred Keenan Raymond in May that had the crowd on its feet for the entire duration as both fighters traded momentum and punches throughout.
