Double Pro Boxing Debut in Windham, NH Will Feature MMA Veterans

Windham, NH [June 1, 2021] – Boston Boxing Promotions has announced another fight for Night 1 of “The Great American Boxing Bash” on Friday July 23rd at The Castleton Banquet and Conference Center in Windham, New Hampshire. Providence, Rhode Island’s Sean Bey makes his long awaited pro debut against fellow debutant Gary Cameron of Vermont in a four-round cruiserweight fight.

Bey, a former New England Golden Gloves Champion and participant in the 2012 Olympic qualifiers, is also a former two time middleweight mixed martial arts champion on the regional circuit.

“I’m pumped to be finally making my pro debut,” said Bey. “I’ve fought without headgear in MMA and I’ve had plenty of street fights in my lifetime, so I’m not worried about the jump from amateur boxing to pro boxing after all these years. I’m going to try to make short work of Cameron. My fans should be ready for a great show.”

Cameron, like Bey, is an experienced MMA fighter. He’s also competed in kickboxing and Muay Thai, going 3-0 in the latter sport.

“Like everyone else, Covid had me down, but now finally being able to be back in the gym has got me excited,” said Gameron. “I am hoping for a four-round war, but anticipate an early finish. I’m planning on a high- pace fight, so train hard Sean… I know I am . Lets have some fun.”

Boston Boxing Promotions takes up residency this summer at the Castleton Banquet & Conference Center in Windham, NH for three weeks where it will present the first-ever Great American Boxing Bash on Friday, July 23, Friday, July 30, and Friday, August 6. Tickets for each individual event are on sale now at www.BostonBoxingPromotions.com/Tickets/.
