Heavyweight Fight Added to Fall Brawl Card

Windham, NH [September 8, 2021] – Boston Boxing Promotions has announced another fight for the “Fall Brawl” card as Providence, Rhode Island’s Sean Bey (1-0, 1 KO) takes on Schenectady, New York’s Dan Bunyan in a four-round heavyweight fight on Friday, September 24th at the Castleton Banquet & Conference Center in Windham, New Hampshire.

Bey made his pro debut this past July at the Castleton and got a unique taste of the uncertainties of pro boxing early in his career as his opponent had to withdraw the day of the scheduled fight due to a family emergency. Bey, on just a few hours notice had to face a new opponent he had not prepared for, yet he still was able to stop the late-addition Jesus Cintron inside the first round.

“To be honest, I was unfazed by the opponent switch in my debut because I’m confident I can beat anyone put in front of me. This fight is going to be the same pretty much. I know my opponent likes to throw wild punches, so my defense will be a lot tighter than my first fight and my punches will be a lot more sharper and on point. He’s going to get knocked clean out, and that’s a fact. 2-0, two KO’s, baby,” said an excited Bey.

Bunyan will be making his pro debut in traditional boxing. He is an experienced kickboxer and mixed-martial-artist. Sean Bey also has several MMA fights to his resume.

“I’m very excited to be turning pro in my second combat sport,” said Bunyan. “I expect a KO win or a bloody war. Regardless, it will not be a boring fight. That’s for sure.”
