FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Windham, NH (September 22, 2023) – For the sixth year in a row, Boston Boxing Promotions will return to the Castleton Banquet & Conference Center in Windham, New Hampshire for the holiday tradition “The Thanksgiving Eve Boxing Spectacular” on Wednesday, November 22nd.
Tickets are available at www.BoxingNH.com. The event has sold out in advance each year to date, so fans are encouraged to get their tickets early.
Individual fights for the event will be announced soon.
The annual night before Thanksgiving bash has proven to be a great night out for fans and a proving ground for fighters. Fan favorites like Chelmsford’s Brandon Higgins (10-4, 5 KO’s) and Lowell’s Nick Molina (13-0, 5 KO’s) have appeared on this card three times. Former light heavyweight world title challenger Tommy Karpency (30-8-1, 19 KO’s) fought on the Thanksgiving Eve show in 2018 before headlining Staples Center in Los Angeles in his very next fight against WBO Super Middleweight Champion Gilberto “Zurdo” Ramirez on ESPN. Haverhill’s Brendon Simonds (4-0, 3 KO’s) would finish his career with retirement bouts on this annual tradition and Connecticut’s Mykquan Williams (19-0-2, 8 KO’s) and Cassius Chaney (22-1, 15 KO’s) have also competed on this show amongst others.
