Women’s Fight Added to January 31 Boxing Card in Windham, NH

Windham, NH [December 16, 2019] – Boston Boxing Promotions has announced that undefeated Kimberly “The Machine” Wabik will return to the ring on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the Castleton Banquet and Conference Center in Windham, New Hampshire.  That evening she will take on Harrisburg, Pennsylvania’s Dasha Ragland in a four-round junior welterweight fight.

Wabik (3-0-2) is riding a three fight win streak since beginning her career with back-to-back draws. In her most recent performance, she scored a unanimous decision win over former Golden Gloves champion Jacqueline Boyle.

“I’ve been working hard in the gym with my coaches Eddie Ford and Jose Cetina and am thankful my boxing career has been advancing the way it has recently,” said Wabik.  “Dasha Ragland is a formidable opponent with good amateur and professional experience and I look forward to the challenge.”

Ragland is a former Pennsylvania State Golden Gloves Champion and National PAL semi-finalist as an amateur. After struggling to find opposition to compete against her at boxing events close to her home, she has taken to the road and is fearless as she looks forward to fighting in New Hampshire – the site of all five of Wabik’s professional bouts to date.

“I’m traveling all the way up there not to lose and to set it off Boosie said,” said Ragland.  “She better bring her A-game ‘cause I’m bringing mine. I’m getting this win by knockout.”
